Paulina Sanchez earned her designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2021, after completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph. Paulina is now completing her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.

Paulina promotes mindful and sustainable eating habits. She works by providing an array of recommendations dependent on individualized needs - ranging from diet to lifestyle, and where necessary, recommendations for supplement use as well. Her approach works from the inside out to find the root of imbalance, as opposed to using the band aid approach and focusing on solely fixing the symptoms. Paulina’s goal is to demystify daily nutrition by debunking FAD diets and tailoring nutrition to individualized needs.

Paulina is particularly passionate about the gut-brain connection, and the positive effects a well-balanced gut can have on whole-body health. With that being said, Paulina is prepared to support a wide variety of concerns. Overall, her goal is to help clients achieve the best version of themselves, inside and out.

Away from the clinic, Paulina works at the Pacific Autism Family Network working closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder. She enjoys spending time with her family, and staying active by exploring new hikes around Vancouver. Paulina loves to travel around the world experiencing all aspects of different cultures. The travel bug was instilled in her from a young age, as she was born in Mexico City, grew up in Canada, and later lived in Shanghai for a few years
